In 2023, I saw AI agents starting to touch real systems. I watched teams move fast but lose alignment. I saw agents hallucinate documentation, rebuild what already existed, and no one had a metric for the waste. That's when I realized: we need governance frameworks built for AI-native work.
Building NorthStar
Created NorthStar PM—the 4th project management methodology, built specifically for human-AI collaboration. It defines clear guardrails, documentation standards, and validation gates. When applied to an AI-driven educational platform, it reduced waste by 94% while maintaining full architectural integrity.
Proving Governance Works
Created ZeroDrift Cloud—an independent validation layer that measures AI drift, quantifies waste, and provides proof of governance. It's not about promises. It's about audit trails, metrics, and objective evidence that your AI processes actually work.
